Re-Launching the site

I have recreated the site after the server being hacked. Unfortunately since the site was so new I hadn't had time to setup backups for it, so I am starting fresh.

Users who created IDS will have to do so again. While I don't think the userid/passwords from this site were downloaded(It wasn't the target of the hack), its better to play it safe and choose a new password.
